In February Microsoft release another Exchange Security Update for supported versions Exchange 2013/ 2016 /2019.

See the downloadlinks for the security patches:
- Exchange Server 2013 CU23 (note that support and availability of SUs end on April 11, 2023)
- Exchange Server 2016 CU23
- Exchange Server 2019 CU11 and CU12
Installing this patch does not differ from previous installations have a look this picture
Prerequisites are the latest CU.
NOTE: the new feature “PowerShell payload certificate signing” is NOT enabled by default, after installing this patch. You have to manually enable it. See the blogpost January 2023 or Microsoft link
