One month after realesing Exchange October update Microsoft launched another SU for November. Some CVE are patched and a “new” Feature is activated.

SUs are available for the following specific versions of Exchange Server:
The process of updating did not change during this year, so nothing special here. Only workarounds after applying updates increased.
With November Update so called PowerShell serialization payload is enabled by default. This feature could be enabled already manually with January Update 2023. See this article.

NOTE: before installing the update, it’s recommended to check your Exchange Auth Certificate if it’s valid. This task can be done with this PowerShell script provided by Microsoft.https://aka.ms/MonitorExchangeAuthCertificate
If the shell says “green” update can be applied. After installing it’s also recommended to execute Exchange Health Checker to check your environment.
